Shane acquired his first income property at just 18 years old. He is a Journeyman Electrician by trade and has assured client satisfaction in property management, business and commercial improvements, home building, renovation and design. He has clear ideas and concepts of what projects would secure your home's sale and has the experience to identify work that does not meet current standards. He is known for his outstanding client service, high-tech marketing techniques, personal touches, and is a skilled negotiator with his client's best interests at heart.

In his free time, Shane can be found in the mountains and enjoys cooking. Shane proudly volunteers and supports several great non-profit organizations. As one of the Founder's sons of the Mustard Seed Street Ministry, he spent many evenings and weekends growing up caring for people who faced immense personal challenges. Those experiences have shaped who he is today, and he believes the community is a substantial part of our lives.
